ZodiacOS is a cultural and lifestyle platform that presents Chinese Zodiac traditions in an accessible, English-language format. Our content — including fortune reports, compatibility analyses, and interactive tools — is based on centuries-old cultural systems and is provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and cultural education purposes only.

2. Free and Paid Content

Most of our content is free, including all zodiac sign profiles, compatibility reports, interactive tools, and lifestyle articles. We offer optional paid memberships (Monthly and Annual) that provide additional premium content.

• Free tier: Accessible without an account. Will always remain free.
• Paid memberships: Billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Memberships auto-renew until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime via your account or by emailing us.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a renewal for consideration.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, alter, or damage our systems or data
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the service excessively
• Share your account credentials with others

The underlying Chinese Zodiac system (12 animals, 5 elements, 60-year cycle) is part of the public cultural domain. Our specific implementations, text, and tools are our original work.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Our content is accurate, complete, or scientifically validated
